The Salon is still closed under Coronavirus restrictions.
We are waiting on a solid and confirmed date that we can re-open.
Hopefully, if all is going to plan with the data, we should be able to re-open on 12th April 2021 at the earliest.
We are not yet making appointments for this reason, just in case the date we can return to the salon is changed.
The government have said that we will receive at least 7 days notice to re-open, giving us plenty of time to make appointments.
For now though please visit our Priority booking page here and send us your details, when we have the confirmed date we will then be in touch to create your booking.

Salon Closure and updates
Our salon is currently closed under national lock down restrictions, we will open as soon as we are able to following more information from the Government.

Our new salon fit is going ahead as planned and we will reopen at our new premises in Cannock Town centre.

Salon Closure
In line with current Government regulations, the personal care sector will have to cease trading from the period of 05/11/2020 to 02/12/2020, subject to conditions being met.
We strongly hope that we will be able to see you all again soon, and that we can return to the salon at the beginning of December.

PPE Update
From Saturday 15th August salons are required to use more PPE than ever before.
We are now required to wear face masks in addition to visors, whilst also providing our team with all of the necessary PPE for their guests, such as disposable towels, gowns and extra cleaning supplies.
We have tried to keep our additional costs 'in-house', and maintain our previous pricing structure.
From the 15th August we will now be slightly increasing our prices for services to help cover the additional costs.
For all services this will be a £3 increase.
From Saturday 8th August face masks/covering are mandatory for our guests to wear.

From Saturday 8th August face masks/covering are mandatory for our guests to wear.
Exemptions do apply - the same as for public transport etc.
If you are able to, please do wear a mask to help protect yourself, our team and our other guests.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to send us their details for our priority booking system. (If you haven't yet done so see below for details).
We have read them, logged them and are now planning the best way that we can see you all as soon as possible.
When we have solid guidance from the government we can then put our plans into action.
At the current moment, the hair and beauty sector is set to re-open around 4th July, this however is conditional to targets set by the Government. We have been looking at what many other countries are doing in their salons, and how the industry is approaching the re-opening. This has given us many ideas to consider but we are waiting to hear from the UK Government the exact specifications we must follow.

With all of the current speculation surrounding the easing of lockdown, we wanted to reassure you that we are still here and planning for the future. With this in mind we have been reviewing all of the new measures and how best we can implement them into the salon to provide a safe environment for our wonderful clients.

We are awaiting the green light to go ahead and be able to re-open our doors once more. We can appreciate how strange these times are and we are missing you all terribly.
Your kind words and messages have meant the world to us.
We are now taking steps to provide a smoother more seamless re-opening when we are given the all clear.

We will then contact you with available appointments when we know for certain when we will be able to see you again.

Stay Home - Protect the NHS - Save Lives

We are deeply saddened to give notice that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic we have taken the incredibly difficult decision of closing RAMhair for a temporary time.
We have all worked tirelessly to maintain the high standards we hold ourselves to and to implement measures that meet the governments guidelines for social distancing and hygiene practices.
Following recent restrictions given by the Prime Minister relating to our sector, we now need to take action that is in our clients and teams best welfare and safety and as a result this temporary measure is now unavoidable.
We know that we have done everything we can to safeguard all that come through RAMhair’s door.
We will be in contact with all of you who have a pre-booked appointment with us, we understand this is a very difficult time, but please be assured we are working to manage your bookings accordingly.
