RAMhair ACADEMY DIRECTOR.
Robbie is the Salon Director and owner of RAMhair. He is also a director and educator at RAMhair ACADEMY
Leading the styling team Robbie is a creative visionary, inspiring the team through his outstanding passion and drive.
Robbie has worked as a Master Stylist in Australia, Mayfair in London and as a Creative Director.
RAMhair is the creation of Robbie's enthusiasm and contemporary approach to hairdressing.
CHARLOTTE.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR.
Charlotte has a wealth of experience in hairdressing.
She brings a creative mindset to the table having worked in high end salons in the West Midlands.
Charlotte always works with her clients to offer change and update an existing look, bringing a modern and fresh twist.
TOM.
WELLA MASTER COLOUR EXPERT.
RAMhair ACADEMY DIRECTOR.
Tom is our Technical Director and Wella Master Colour Expert, an accolade that is Globally recognised, Tom is part of a select group of technicians recognised within the hairdressing industry as being the best in the business.
Tom is highly skilled and an incredible asset to RAMhair.
Tom is also a director and educator at RAMhair ACADEMY.
JESSICA.
WELLA MASTER COLOUR EXPERT.
Jess has a wealth of experience in the hair industry with over 10 years working at the highest level, she brings another dynamic to the team.
She has a passion for education and is always learning. Jess is a Wella Master Colour Expert placing her in an elite group of colour technicians in the UK.
She is friendly and approachable and ensures her clients feel at ease and are well informed of the technicalities to achieve their hair goals.
MARK.
SENIOR STYLIST
Mark brings over a decade of hairdressing experience, working at high level salons in the West Midlands. He brings a grounded approach to his work, and is more than happy to assist in finding the perfect style for you.
With a particular passion for very curly hair textures Mark is experienced in all hair types.
Mark is happiest when creating beautiful hair for his clients.
IZZY.
STYLIST AND TECHNICIAN.
Izzy is passionate about all things hair, she brings a fresh and modern approach to her work.
Izzy has trained through the RAMhair ACADEMY, achieving DISTINCTION in her Level 2 and MERIT in her Level 3.
She certainly has a bright future ahead, and she would be delighted to work with you to achieve your hair goals.
BUCKY.
Customer Service Analyst.
Salon Security Advisor.
Lead Biscuit Inspector.
Bucky the French Bulldog joined the RAMhair team December 2017.
He is passionate about his work and will welcome our guests into the salon.
He has an amazing work ethic, but can sometimes be found napping on the job!
He loves nothing more than ensuring client comfort and will happily curl up next to you during the winter months.

JUNIOR STYLIST/TECHNICIAN
Izzy is our rising star. She is passionate about every element of hairdressing but has a particular interest in colouring.
She has worked incredibly hard throughout her training, achieving a DISTINCTION at Level 2.
She is calm and attentive when working, and loves to see her clients happy with their finished hair.
